Job Description : Summary :
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to support the OneSource Laboratory services business.
You will work in close collaboration with our global OneSource Marketing team in the US and .
You will execute Social, Email, 3rd Party, and other digital strategies and campaigns. This marketing professional will help to ensure regional needs are covered and an optimal mix of assets and channels are targeted to build enough pipeline to support revenue plans.
This individual must be motivated, hardworking, organized, and willing to work proactively. The experience gained through this role will be vast and incremental in developing a strong marketing foundation as a professional.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the execution of planned campaigns. This may include lead development and acceleration, 3rd party coordination, emails, creative content, social posts, events, webinars, and more.
Create and monitor editorial calendars. This may include OneSource digital marketing (social, 3rd party, SEM) and other segment campaigns.
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
Engage with OneSource marketing field leader / team and sales teams to coordinate and maximize the impact of marketing activities.
Assist the marketing events team, if needed.
If needed, assist in the regional launch of new services, coordinating and interlocking with global and regional teams.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure relevant and timely delivery of programs and assets.
Support marketing team as needed with various other projects.
Learn and become proficient on internal, software systems.
Execution. Must be able to complete, promptly, the required expectations of the role.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
Excellent written and copywriting skills.
Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
General knowledge of Life Science or pharmaceutical markets is a plus
A can-do and win-win attitude and ability to multi-task
Strong project management skills and an adaptive and flexible attitude. To be successful, the candidate will need to flex with the needs of the business while ensuring that project objectives are completed along planned timelines
Strong team player, able to work across different portions of the business.
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking the initiative and working in collaboration
Work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of SEM, PPC, landing page and social media practices, Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, and marketing best practices.
Knowledge and experience in Work Front
Knowledge and experience in Air Table
Travel Requirement : Overall 10% at most

Writing and Communication Skills are very important.
Pharmaceutical and life science is nice to have.
