Material Bank is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! ing to the VP, Growth Marketing. Your core responsibilities will include creating and executing marketing strategies to drive member acquisition and use for a B2B Marketplace platform.

You will be developing cohorts and personas, creating content strategy for multiple channels, and working with employees and contractors to execute campaigns.

This is a Remote role based in the Metropolitan Area of New York, Miami, or Boston and that may require time in office.

What you’ll Do :

• Lead digital marketing efforts across owned, social, and paid media channels to drive member acquisition and platform use.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing team to optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Conduct research to gain insights into our target audience, industry trends, and competitors.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

What you’ll Bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience developing high-quality engaging content
• Advanced Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google DV360, and Tableau)
• Experience in content marketing systems, social platform management systems, paid and programmatic platforms
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Proven experience developing, executing, and managing content plans
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong project management skills
• Ability to minimally travel
