Job Description

If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the perfect fit for our Territory Account Manager role at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, stewarding, and managing up to $750,000 in annual revenue of assigned territory/area partners who participate in cause marketing campaigns, employee giving initiatives, and event sponsorships.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for top partners that are mutually beneficial, and offer shared value, reach, and revenue to support both the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and meet partners’ business and marketing objectives.
• Cultivating strong relationships and alliances with corporate partners, steering program development to maximize donations and awareness while positioning partners as responsible corporate citizens.
• Leading the partner strategy and execution in coordination across Development and Support Divisions including Territory, Marketing, Legal, Experiential, Performance Marketing, Relational, etc. to ensure all teams are following the same strategic direction.
• Utilizing enterprise subject matter experts to expand partnership-giving channels and expand the bench of relationships. Routinely engaging with existing and potential organizational leadership in the execution of soliciting and business development activities.
• Meeting/exceeding yearly ALSAC corporate fundraising goals for assigned Areas.
• Retaining partnerships and meeting financial commitments, and other key financial performance objectives. Regularly ing on these metrics to Area leadership and Strategic Partnerships leadership.
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador by participating and attending industry or special events as assigned including some weekends and extended hours during the week.
• Ensuring revenue forecast management and ing (90 days, 30 days, bi-weekly updates).
• Attending and participating in staff meetings, regional and national meetings, and continuing education seminars for professional and personal development.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, cause marketing, sales, account management, or related field.
• A proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships with corporate donors that generate significant revenue and impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel approximately 30-40% annually and sometimes required during part of, or all of, a weekend.
