Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing candidates to create a pipeline of eligible team members;
partnering with the hiring managers to ensure interview, hires, and onboarding is handled in a timely manner; This position represents Goodwin Living at hiring events and in the community.
This position will act strategically to expand the recruitment methods, define and out on metrics, and creatively develop pathways to employment.
Responsibilities
