This is an exciting opportunity due to the growth in the region, to join a Gartner MQ leader! We are searching for an ambitious individual who wants to succeed! An extremely driven and motivated hunter who is looking to either start or take the next step in cybersecurity sales and join our energetic Sales/Account Development team, The role will be supporting our high growth Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand territory sales team, and with success the opportunity to drive your career.

The Account Development Representative position provides a high-level of impact to drive account development, build relationships, navigate and prospect organizations, and schedule meetings and sales opportunities with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a lead generation, build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
• Drive outbound named account prospecting to generate new logo meetings
• Conduct 50+ outbound calls and or touches per day in order to prospect, and book meetings in target region
• Research target accounts, identify key players, generate interest using google, LinkedIn and other tools
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Ensure Salesforce and Outreach best practice is followed
• Identify innovative outbound campaigns and programs and partner with Marketing and Sales to create and drive initiatives
• Meet and exceed your defined target of meeting per month/quarter

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and proficient at working independently and remotely
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
• 1+ years of lead/sales/business development experience – with proven success
• Collaborative and coachable mindset
• Results-driven
• Strong ability to analyze needs, qualify opportunity, handle objections and position
• Excellent time and territory management
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales training and Salesforce.com and outreach* experience a plus
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution preferred or relevant experience.
