RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
• Maintain and communicate status information on orders and assign priority of each order.
• Select and manage carriers for outgoing and incoming transportation; negotiate rates and contracts.
• Exercise judgment to make modifications to daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
• to management KPI on productivity, accuracy, timeliness, truck utilization, and shipping damage.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer complaints or problems and implement resolution.
• Stay current on shipping carriers, routes, and changes.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
• Perform metrics ing and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in logistic management or customer service
• Microsoft office skills and operating within an ERP system.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
