We’re looking for a new team member to champion our digital advertising and communication efforts.

The Digital Marketing Manager manages ABI’s daily digital marketing activities, owning inbound lead generation and brand awareness through User Experience, UI Design, SEO, SEM, email, and all digital marketing projects.

This position analyzes, builds, and optimizes ABI’s digital presence.

Activities & Responsibilities :

• UX / UI Design
• Take the lead on front end design with a mobile first approach.
• Create and present site maps and wireframes.
• Optimize existing website for responsiveness and mobile experience.
• Develop and implement atomic design based UI design systems.
• Provide direction for front end design of ongoing Growth Driven Design projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to acquire assets for digital projects including new website pages, landing pages, blog posts, and automated campaigns.
• Digital Advertising
• Develop, execute, and constantly improve ABI’s online strategy and digital campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Creative Director, and Digital Advertising Consultant.
• Provide creative support for digital advertising and search engine marketing in the form of creative assets including photos, display, and retargeting ads.
• Create lead generation campaigns including lead magnets, landing pages, and emails.
• Digital Communication :
• Assist in determining email marketing strategy, leveraging data insights to optimize conversions
• Oversee the creation and sending of all email campaigns
• Oversee and collaborate with the Web Developer to determine how visitors are engaging digitally via heatmaps, recordings, surveys, and automated campaigns to collect user feedback and turn more visitors into customers
• Collaborate with department leadership to manage customer feedback and review systems and processes to understand customer experience and recommend modifications to increase conversions
• Search Engine Optimization
• Optimize key web marketing channels with an emphasis on search, identify and test new web acquisition channels
• Contribute to website development by ensuring ABI web presence is optimized for search engine crawlability and indexing
• Collaborate with in-house team and SEO consultant to develop and execute SEO strategy.
• Assist in creation, management, and optimization of copy (landing page meta descriptions, page titles, etc.) for search engine marketing
• Build out ing infrastructure and on performance on an ongoing basis

Specialized Skills Required :

• Marketing and Creative Leadership
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficiency with Apple computers, Mac OS, and core applications
• Proficiency of Figma, Adobe XD, or other digital design software
• Proficiency in Wordpress, Mailchimp, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Hotjar
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (UA and GA4)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and MySQL

Ideal Candidate :

• Affinity for and / or experience with outdoor work industries or equestrian market
• Developed ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
• Proficiency in Hubspot
• Working knowledge of Netsuite or comparable ERP / CRM software
• A digital-first, mobile-first mentality with extensive experience designing engaging and interactive content for online use
• Self-motivated and driven performer capable of autonomously managing and ensuring completion of the project workload for the digital team

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in
• Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing or related fields
• Minimum 5+ years experience working with creative teams tasked with commercial deliverables
• Minimum 5+ years experience in UX / UI design
• Minimum 2+ years experience leading creative teams
• Ability to talk or hear to communicate with others via phone, in-person and / or computer.
• Ability to listen to customers / vendors / colleagues, problem solve, and respond accordingly.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements :

• Must have the ability to stand, sit, and see a screen eight hours of the workday.
• Must be willing to work full-time, in-house.
• Must have the ability to safely lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. We are not able to offer sponsorship at this time.

Environmental Conditions & Travel :

• The employee is exposed to an office environment with moderate noise.
• Travel : Must have willingness and availability to travel for video shoots, trade shows, and other marketing events as requested by your supervisor.
