Camping World Hiring for Talent Acquisition Intern at Chicago, IL Full Time

Job Description

Camping World is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern for the summer of 2024 to work closely within the Talent Acquisition team in our Human Resources department.

You will assist with daily operations and gain first-hand experience focusing on our internship program, recruiting, campaigns and partnerships.

We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to be fully immersed in a real-world experience. If you are eager to learn and want to further develop yourself as a Human Resources professional;

Candidates must have the ability to work in our Chicago or Lincolnshire office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2024.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and evolve the internship program continuing to drive ongoing process improvements.
• Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager to develop targeted recruitment campaigns through our CRM. Write and launch the campaigns and track the effectiveness of these campaigns.
• Build out community and diversity partnerships with local organizations in the Chicagoland area
• Research survey best practices and KPI’s for candidates and HM’s. Aid in development of Survey questions and assist with roll out strategy.
• Focus on developing partnerships with Chicago area not for profits and community organizations that help advance our DEI agenda.
• Conduct benchmarking assessments to compare Camping World initiatives to other competing companies
• Utilize Workday to assist with creating job posting, job descriptions, and sending offers

Qualifications :

• Cumulative GPA
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a concentration in Human Resources
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite : (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and take initiatives on various projects and tasks
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality of company information
• Strong analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Must be diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
