What You Will Be Doing :

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will partner with hiring managers and will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies.

You will provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates alike, communicating regularly and providing updates.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set-up, and offer processes.
• Recruit candidates for designated positions using various channels such as databases, internet search engines, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media.
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate candidate flow.
• Review and screen resumes, and conduct phone interviews as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize data to present recruiting strategies to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain Talent Pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC requirements, demonstrating a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations.
• Participate in project work and assignments as required.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of recruitment experience
• High School Diploma and 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting (assessment / interviewing) or sourcing candidates preferred.
• 1+ years of experience conducting business, project-related, or competitive intelligence research.

Pay : 18.30 26.13 / hr
