Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with manufacturers and patients to secure patient assistance program cards and efficiently integrate them into our billing system.
Demonstrate an ability to process 9-15 claims per hour in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Navigate multiple systems and platforms proficiently to meet set objectives and contribute to our high-performance standards.
Qualify, prepare, and submit claims to manufacturers for Patient Assistance Copay Card Programs.
Engage with third-party payers, assistance programs, and patients to facilitate resolution of outstanding issues and claims.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare reimbursement billing or a related field.
Proficiency in healthcare reimbursement systems is essential.
Effective prioritization skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
