Aegis Worldwide Hiring for Key Account Manager Full Time

• Aegis is partnering with a manufacturing company in Indianapolis, IN looking for a Key Account Manager to come join their team!

DIRECT HIRE

SALARY: $100-125k (salary based role, no commission)

SHIFT: typical 8AM-5PM – fully onsite + traveling to customers 1x/month

Degree: bachelors degree preferred, not required

• Benefits: Health care, dental, vision, 401k match is 50% on the first 6 % deferred. Eligibility is first of the month following a 30 day waiting period. 3 weeks PTO + holidays
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred
• Negotiation skills is a MUST!!
• Can differentiate costing and pricing strategies and develop value proposition.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Forecasting and prospecting new business experience

In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for their product portfolio, and growing their sales and new business

You will be working alongside outside companies being closely involved with operations, engineering, procurement, and customer’s needs

Looking for someone with 5+ years of OEM experience within an account management umbrella!
