Salary £41,808 plus a £2500 annual retention payment & £5000 welcome bonus.
Hours of work: 36 hours per week

We are looking for social workers to make a difference in the lives of Disabled Children, Young People here in Brent.
Ofsted has rated us as “Good” across all four key inspection areas.
Inspectors recently noted that “disabled children receive high quality support and services from well trained workers”.

The Post
We are looking for qualified social workers, ideally with 2-year post qualification experience, in Children’s or Adult social care to join our Disabled Children and Young People’s Service. You will support our vision of improving outcomes for our young people by working in partnership with their families and with our schools, health colleagues and other local partners. You will be part of a growing service which encourages a learning environment that support staff to reach their full potential in their career through, mentoring, coaching and continuous support from an experienced management team.
The Person
You will be a qualified social worker with 2 years post qualified experience in Children’s or Adult social care, registered with Social Work England with excellent communication skills, and passionate about working with children, young people, and their families.
You will have easy access to supportive managers and will work within a friendly and knowledgeable team of colleagues,
You will also be provided with regular monthly supervision, annual appraisals and excellent training opportunities to help you grow your career.
