The Clinic Manager will lead the operations of our healthcare clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a patient-centric environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including front desk personnel, medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Ensure a positive patient experience by managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, and check-in/check-out processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant state and federal laws.
• Assist in developing and managing the clinic’s budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain and manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to enhance the standard of care and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary clinic supplies and equipment.
• Oversee accurate and secure record-keeping, including electronic health records (EHR), and ensure compliance with record-keeping guidelines.
• Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate repairs and renovations as needed.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure the security of the clinic and its patients and staff.
• Generate s on clinic performance, finances, patient metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Adheres to department policies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
