Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6 weeks temporary  

REED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with a business based in Bath in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is a temporary role to start 2nd January for 6 weeks, could be extended.

Either:

Part-time 3 full days (9-5pm)

Or

Full-time (9-5pm)

Hybrid (2 days office)

Typical duties include:

• Being the pivotal lead for all recruitment within the business
• Understanding and being passionate about recruiting
• Working closely with the HR Manager to offer best practise
• Working and running with new systems
• Liaising with and advising hiring managers on writing JD’s
• Recruiting via LinkedIn and head hunting
• Shortlisting candidates, sitting in on interviews, advising hiring managers on best practise and next steps
• Communicating with candidates post interview, following up with offer letters from HR
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the HR Manager   

Ideally you will have:

• A genuine passion and desire towards recruitment
• In-house Talent Acquisition experience within an SME
• Confidence and credibility to educate the management
• The ability to pick up new systems, be a confident recruiter of LinkedIn and head hunting
• A positive and proactive demeanour, always striving to do your best
