• POSITION SUMMARY:
• Under the direction of the Director of Diagnostics, correlates requisitions, radiographic folders and current radiographs. Greets all customers and provides service consistent with the Healing Environment standards. Enters patient and requisition data accurately.

• Minimum:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Preferred:
• Medical terminology course. Satisfactory completing of clerical training program
• LICENSE:
• PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
• WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum:
• Ability to organize work and meet work load.
• Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint
• Preferred:
• Customer relations or hospital experience.
• Previous experience in clerical or receptionist position.
• SKILLS:
• Minimum:
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly to staff, physicians, patients and visitors.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
