Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Preparation Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the coffee shop operations by taking responsibility for the preparation of our sandwiches and baked products.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to work as part of a small team with responsibility for preparing exceptional food in a fast-paced environment.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• The preparation of our coffee shop food in accordance with established recipes and standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment
• Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Support serving staff during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of food.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
