What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Intake of IME and Peer Review Requests
• Scheduling Examinations and services through the MyMedlogix proprietary software
• Coordinate with Physicians and claimants to facilitate the examination
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, and re-evaluations
• Communicate with adjusters via email, phone, and MyMedlogix proprietary software
• Prepare and distribute Exam Notification letters
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and adjusters regarding examination inquiries
• Document the MyMedlogix system with appropriate notes
• Request pre-payment for services when required
• Coordinate ancillary services such as interpretation and transportation
• Attempt to reschedule services as needed
• Respond promptly to inquiries from physicians or clients regarding status and information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior experience scheduling appointments, preferably in the medical field
• Prior experience in a Physician’s office
• High School Diploma
