As a vital member working in collaboration with our pharmacy services and medical oncology team, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational efforts. The primary responsibilities will involve handling inquiries regarding utilization management and claims, maintaining essential documents, and facilitating seamless communication with our valued vendor partners.

Foundational Knowledge: An understanding of pharmacy and medical benefit drugs, coupled with experience in utilization management.

Proficiency in Technology: Excellent computer skills encompassing Windows applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside proficiency in navigating specific web-based applications.

Communication Expertise: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. The role involves crafting clear and concise emails, generating s, simplifying complex concepts, and ensuring document accuracy and readability.
