Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with ice cream stores seeking to order parts or schedule service for their ice cream equipment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our service team and be involved in coordinating Free Ice Cream Seminars with both the Service Team and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming calls
• Handle invoicing for service and parts orders
• Process payments
• Arrange shipments
• Process parts orders and service calls
• Coordinate with the service team and colleagues
• Manage any incoming duties

You will to the Office Manager.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Role
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Word, etc.
• A “can do” attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
