• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Read and interpret s and documents
• Complete sale documents accurately
• Perform other assigned duties

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office equipment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Suite
• Typing speed of 45WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Occasional overtime may be required
