Your earning potential includes base salary + commissions + annual bonus + Birthday RDO + other performance RDO’s and an incredible Awards incentive program.

Requirements for this role:

  • 2 years experience from a Recruitment Agency in a 360 capacity
  • Recruitment experience in Engineering, Construction or Technical industry sectors
  • Above average computer literacy (we use Apple Mac’s)
  • Very good MS Office and recruitment CRM experience
  • A dedicated and private work from home office space
  • Strong attention to detail
