DCH Health System Hiring for RN Clinical Coordinator at Tuscaloosa, AL Full Time

• Supervises the clinical staff and coordinates patient flow and daily work processes in the clinical areas.
• Responsible for the supervision of the clinical staff including doing performance evaluations, establishing job duties, evaluating individual competencies, and executing the positive discipline process.
• Maintains the system of Case Management, tracking, and communication with specialist physicians, client companies, case managers, and insurance carriers to ensure high quality delivery of services.
• Assists physicians with patient care as needed and in coverage of absent personnel and volume dependent coverage, including treatment results ing.
• Assists in coordination effort to maintain JCAHO readiness in the COH operation including performing audit chart reviews with documentation of findings.
• Provides annual updates and appropriate additions and deletions to current COH policies and procedures.
• Provides ancillary support to onsite clinics as needed whenever necessary.
• Provides leadership and direction in the set-up, active use and maintenance of the electronic medical record systems in the department operation.

Must have a current Alabama RN Licensure. At least 5 years nursing experience required. Occupational Medicine experience preferred. Case Management experience preferred. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and comprehend English.
