Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of customer calls efficiently.
Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
Resolve customer inquiries and service issues through phone, email, and text.
Accurately document customer interactions to ensure comprehensive records.
Identify opportunities for new sales and employ up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Address all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines.
Serve as a company ambassador, embodying our values in every interaction.
Demonstrate professionalism in all communication and actions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
X years of proven customer service experience.
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven approach.
Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
