Cover Supervisors play a key role in secondary schools across KS3 & KS4.  We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in a good school in Solihull across core subjects.  As a Cover Supervisor you will be working with students of all abilities supervising preset work and managing behaviour in the classroom.  Cover Supervisors are required to be flexible, happy to provide cover across whole of school and importantly understand the impact good practices as a Cover Supervisor can have on academic outcomes.

Ideally you will be: –

• An experienced or aspiring Cover Supervisor looking for regular of long-term work.
• Degree educated ideally with school-based experience.
• Happy working across core subjects as a Cover Supervisor have an interest in core subjects and academic outcomes.
• As a Cover Supervisor you need to be a great communicator and not be afraid of a challenge
