Ready to start a new career with more to offer? We’d love to train you as a Bus Driver in Basildon and Hadleigh.

You will be earning: £13.34 whilst on training, rising up to £14.40 per hour when driving on your own

£13.34 per hour until you are driving on your own without your mentor. This will then increase to £14.40 per hour until 1st April 2024 where it will increase to £15.00. This rate will continue until you have completed one years’ service with the Company.  After one year, this will further increase to £16.00 per hour.

What we’re looking for

If you’re a patient, safe driver with good people skills, you’re the perfect fit for our driving team. All you need is:

• Trainees need a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
• All drivers need the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• To live within 60 minutes travel time of the depot
