Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency is seeking an Office Assistant.
Hours – 1st shift Monday – Thursday 7am to 3pm Friday 7am-2pm
Resume based / interview required
Pay rate – $14.00
temp to hire position
You will be expected to organize and coordinate office duties, policies and procedures. Data entry will be required. Responsibilities also include clerical skills, telecommunication skills, interpersonal skills, and other duties as assigned.
Prior experience with a variety of office software, email, Microsoft, scanning and printing, bookeeping. Must know accounts payable and bookeeping.
Job will start in Zanesville but after 4-5 months you will be working in Adams Mills.
