Job Description
The Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing materials to support TAL’s Group Life & Retirement’s (GL&R) core offering and key campaigns and propositions for TAL’s super fund partners.
This role is focused on supporting the development and leading the execution of our marketing strategy, education and advocacy for key stakeholder groups across TAL’s GL&R Business Unit.

You are a team player, and a natural storyteller, with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts, taking advantage of your technical experience and knowledge across financial services to compel key audiences to take action. You’ll be comfortable and confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs, and you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to develop and execute compelling marketing materials.
You enjoy a busy environment, are a highly responsive and proactive self starter with the ability to execute work independently while also working with the team. You can juggle challenging deadlines, multiple and conflicting priorities while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
You are curious and creative, thriving on opportunities to challenge and innovate ways to reach your audience and build engagement to deliver against marketing objectives.
