Application Support Engineer

*Bankstown

*Up to $120k plus super

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide level 2/3 technical support to employees and customers, addressing software and hardware issues.

– Provide application support for current and future line of business applications.

– Create and maintain scripts or applications to automate routine tasks and boost efficiency.

– Assist in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and customer integrations.

– Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, using technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

– Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Required qualifications and skills:

-A minimum of 3 years of experience relevant to the role.

–MUST come from a development background

-Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell, or similar.

-Experience working with Windows, Office 365, AzureAD/ AD
