Bonza Hiring for Social Media Specialist at Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia Full Time

We are looking for our newest legend who will join our communications team (based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast) and bring to life Bonza’s brand proposition and core value – Here for Allstralia.

Whilst our awesome agency partner will lead, you will play a critical role in engaging communities day-to-day through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Workplace by Meta. You will help to manage a network of local ambassadors and engage with social media influencers.

You’ll be part of an integrated communications effort alongside PR, marketing and customer service that will include some ground-breaking and global firsts for aviation, travel and technology. There’s never been a more exciting time to join our team of Bonza Legends!

Key accountabilities & outcomes

• Create and manage monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Workplace
• Day-to-day community management including responding to questions and comments from external and internal audiences
• Proactively monitor social communities, working alongside our agency to track trends and comments and escalate where appropriate
• Collaborate with our agency partner and wider commercial team on campaigns and key milestones
• Identify, engage and work successfully with social media influencers
• By staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, help keep Bonza at the forefront of new opportunities
• Put forward new ideas and fresh thinking to help us continue to disrupt the sector and create a better experience for Australian travellers

• Strong understanding of social media data and analytics to drive outcomes
• Demonstrated experience of current digital and social media marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
• Experience with Workplace by Meta desirable but not essential
