Title : Logistic Supervisor
Location : Kansas City, KS
Duration : 12+ Months (Temp to Perm)
Shift : 3rd Shift (M-F)
13 hours shifts, 2x2x3 schedule Days to train then nights.
Full Time – Start M-F 7am-4pm for training, then transition to night shift
Duties :
Manage the people’s work assignments, work force, safety of the people.
Make sure the food safety training and people safety, manage the flow of finished goods through the warehouse, receiving from production and out the back door.
Cycle count inventory daily, reconcile with production, communicating needs of the plant as we hold supplies in our area, we supply materials to the plant, so that process is working daily.
Qualification :
Basic management skills needed.
Will manage up to 25 employees at any given time.
Communicate effectively, manager of people.
Experience in a Supervisory role and a proven ability to effectively manage people
