Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments

Route calls to the appropriate individuals

Submit data accurately

Requirements – Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests

Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

Accomplishes tasks independently

Solid understanding of Supply Management

Proficiency in Event Coordination

Expense s experience preferred

Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
