About The Role

To successfully plan and manage project timings for an occasion or a group of categories. You will do this through working collaboratively with your natural working team to deliver strategic initiatives that meet our customers needs. You will drive improvements in process efficiencies, tactical planning and on time delivery through category specific project management.

You Will Be Involved With

• Prioritisation of planning to ensure key initiatives are met
• Lead the team in the development and execution of all typical project toolsets, (Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, financials)
• Hold team members accountable for quality of delivery
• Timely and accurate ing on progress, risks, roadblocks, financials
• Stage Gate Process Compliance on all projects
• Management of product pipeline to minimise bottlenecks and deliver cost benefits faster
• Identifying Process improvements and ongoing maintenance
• Leading and assisting in investigations on process gate breaks

About You

You will have a huge passion for working with food products coupled with strong experience in project management. You will have:

• Qualifications in Project Management or similar + 5 Years Food Industry Project Management Experience
• Proven success taking projects from inception to completion on time
• Highly effective multi-stakeholder relationship management skills
• Strong ability to navigate through different functional perspectives and priorities
• Experience that drives NPD activities whilst maintaining sensible and pragmatic commercial context
• Strong negotiating skills
• Solid experience in a high volume, high speed manufacturing industry, preferably food or beverages or retail.
• Experience in the identification and delivery of process improvement.
• Food Industry Product Development Project Management Experience required.
• Experience with ORBC &/or Opal preferred
