The Digital Marketing Manager will directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing. This role is primarily responsible for driving lead generation through pay-per-click ads and for improving and maintaining search engine optimization.

Other areas of focus will include assisting with CRM database recurring maintenance and data cleaning; supporting email automation and distribution;

and supporting web page planning and page builds.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining PPC campaigns to drive lead generation
• Collaborates with sales and marketing stakeholders to develop PPC ad and campaign strategy; routes through stakeholders for approval
• Dra??s PPC ad copy and builds landing pages to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
• Conducts keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign content and optimization; advises on content planning per keyword research
• Manages and executes all technical and on-page SEO activities including implementing site enhancements, site optimization, and more to improve rankings on search engines to increase qualified traffic to website
• Collaborates on strategy development for off-page SEO activities including link building
• Assists in maintaining, cleansing, and organizing CRM database
• Supports and manages database segmentation strategy for tailored content across various personas
• Owns and manages the distribution of all ad-hoc emails and email campaigns via email automation
• Supports building and maintaining web pages
• Manages all tagging and tracking needs including audience builds through retargeting and LAL audiences; manages and implements UTM tracking codes across all campaigns and channels
• Pulls performance data and s on KPIs for website performance, SEO initiatives, email campaigns, and PPC campaigns

Experience Required :

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Technical and on-page SEO experience is a must
• PPC and Google Ads experience is a must
• A deep understanding of CRM and email automation in HubSpot or similar platforms such as SalesForce
• Strong tracking and analytical skills and experience with Excel, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking
• Experience with Wordpress
