Responsibilities

• Daily Operational Support: Assist the clinic director with specific daily operational necessities in various departments such as marketing, accounting, metrics/data gathering, and practice operations. This role plays a critical part in achieving practice growth.
• Financial ing: Complete and send monthly financial summaries to our clinic director, keeping them informed about the clinic’s financial status.
• Clinic Metrics Analysis: Build and analyze clinic metrics, divided into multiple categories, to generate daily, monthly, and yearly results.
• Patient Scheduling: Answer the main company phone and assist with new patient scheduling or follow-up appointment scheduling during busy operational hours.

Skills And Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Change Management, Team Management, Team Collaboration, and Marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Knowledge of employee relations and learning and development training.
• Customer service management experience is a plus.
