The organisation

Join a fully Australian Owned and Operated Occupational Rehabilitation provider who deliver their services nationally in major cities and regional centres.

Following success in securing exciting new business opportunities, our client is looking to expand their team across Australia and are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive this growth.

The opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is charged with sourcing and securing talent to fill current vacancies utilising Seek, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant social media platforms. Working with internal therapists the TA specialist will facilitate attendance at universities and other showcase events to build and develop future talent pools.

The role will involve end to end recruitment and selection, and all onboarding requirements such as creating contracts and letters of offer, ensuring all compliance requirements are in place and IT and first day set up is facilitated for a smooth start.

The person

You have recent and proven experience in a Talent Acquisition position where you have utilised all social media and search platforms to ensure a comprehensive search. You have demonstrated stakeholder engagement with both internal and external customers.
