Responsibilities
The Client Experience Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the overall experience for our clients, both onboarding employees and the healthcare facilities we collaborate with. As a Coordinator, your tasks will revolve around recruitment assistance, credentialing support, scheduling, technology troubleshooting, data entry, phone outreach, and post-placement follow-up. This position demands strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a customer-first approach.
