• Your responsibility is to provide the best customer care to resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information

Call Center Specialist Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer’s concerns and complaints; providing them the best solution
• Addressing any complications the member may encounter in the future
• Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients
• Sharing insights with the team on how to improve services

Call Center Specialist Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (office or remote)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and hardworking
