The Human Resource Associate will assist the Human Resource Department with complex and specialized administrative tasks including, managing the termination process, managing the employee car program, assisting with the quarterly performance review process, gathering information for the visa process, managing and overseeing records, and generation s.

Work You’ll Do/Responsibilities

• Schedule: 8am-5pm; Onsite required Monday-Thursday, can work remotely on Fridays.
• Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to resignations and terminations.
• Assist with quarterly performance review process.
• Assist with the H1B1 visa process.
• Assist with Company vehicle program.
• Ensure that all compliance posters are up-to-date.
• Complete company employee verifications.
• Oversee the employee of the month and manager of the quarter program
• Assist with small employee relations issues when HR support staff is unavailable.
• Participates in staff meetings.
• Assists the department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all employees.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Competencies Required

• A high school diploma and or/GED
• One-year professional business experience preferred
