Job Title : Office Assistant
Duration : 6+ Months
Location : Richardson TX 75082
Working hours : 3 hrs. on Monday ,Wednesday and Friday each week for 3 hrs. in noon(As per clients need).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Filing and retrieve organizational documents, records & s.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing, scanning and filing.
- Open, sort UPS, US Government Client / FEDEX or similarly packages.
- Other duties as assigned by the respective manager.
