Join a pioneering function within Stan, where you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional value to our customers. As the Delivery Manager for the Stan TV experiences, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing one of our most strategic and complex portfolios.

In this pivotal position, you’ll coordinate with a number of development squads dedicated to big screen tv experiences, as well as working with global consumer electronics brands such as Apple, Google, Samsung, LG and Sony to implement our product strategy effectively.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Technology Leads, guiding the big screen squads to achieve not only strategic objectives but also handle the intricate tactical nuances specific to this portfolio. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the development and success of our big screen offerings, ensuring they meet the high standards and innovative vision of Stan.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Take the helm of the product backlog, aligning it with strategic objectives with precision and insight.
• Prioritise features with a keen eye on business value, driving impact and aligning with long-term goals.
• Articulate user stories in collaboration with Product Managers to development teams with clarity, ensuring feasibility and a shared vision.
• Ensure feature delivery is not just on time, but of the highest quality, meeting budget and timeline targets.
• Champion a collaborative team environment, infusing the workspace with open communication and a shared commitment to the product vision.
• Proactively tackle risks in the development lifecycle, using established frameworks to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Keep a pulse on project progress, ing against key metrics to stakeholders with transparency and drive.
• Manage vendor and platform relationships with a strategic touch, ensuring seamless integration and added value.
• Be the force behind continuous product delivery improvements, leveraging agile methodologies for top-notch results.
• Work hand in hand with QA teams to weave quality into every aspect of the product.
• Adapt to scope changes with agility, striking a balance between project control and evolving business needs.
• Plan initiatives that resonate with company objectives, harmonising short-term achievements with long-term aspirations.
• Clearly define and maintain project scope, ensuring stakeholder alignment at every turn.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• TV platforms experience is highly preferred.
• Experienced with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
