Auto Masters Hiring for Recruitment Officer at Brentwood, Western Australia, Australia Full Time

Auto Masters Australia is experiencing exciting growth and as a result, our Recruitment Team is on the lookout for their next dynamic Recruiter who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Based at our head office in Ardross, you will be working alongside the current Recruitment Officer to identify Operations Managers, Service Managers/Advisors, Automotive Technicians and Apprentices across Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of all positions within Auto Masters Australia
• Receiving job vacancies within Auto Masters Australia and posting to the relevant job boards
• Screening and shortlisting of all incoming job applications
• Managing the operational hiring process from sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
• Maintaining the highest level of customer service with both candidates and clients
• Identify and recruit candidates for potential openings throughout Australia
• Ensuring that the recruitment database is up to date with information from candidates, including their resumes, licences and visas certifications
• Carry out background/reference checks on potential candidates
• Preparing employee contracts and outlining workplace policies, job descriptions and salaries prior to their starting date
• Conducting aftercare calls with the employees and deliver feedback to the clients
• Manage and assist with administration tasks as required

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Highly proficient in JobAdder or other Recruitment databases
• Experience with web-based recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
• An innovative thinker with strategies to attract talent
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage competing demands
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude with a positive outlook
• Human Resources experience is an advantage but not essential
