Charterhouse Recruitment Services Hiring for Temporary HR Officer at Leeds Full Time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Charity based in the Leeds area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who is immediately available and looking for work to start at the beginning of December. This contract is for 3 months, there could potentially be the option of a permanent role at the end.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

• £15.38 an hour.
• Working 22.5 hrs a week – this can be flexible either 3 full days or 5 shorter to fit around school hours.
• Office based.
• Some parking on site or parking near by.
• On the outskirts of Leeds so no need to travel into the city centre!

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

• Day to day HR support to line managers and employees.
• Advising managers of staff performance issues e.g absence, probation, disciplinary.
• Supporting the HR team.

• At least 2+ years in HR Advisor/Officer role.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience dealing with redundancy.
