Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, administrative support for recruiting, building relationships with universities, and creating brand recognition / social media presence for Sixt.

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Key Responsibilities :

• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, universities, social media, and internet sites.
• Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits
• Makes presentations and maintains rapport
• Supports the recruitment / hiring process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, performing background checks and motor vehicle screenings, scheduling start dates, creating credentials, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Performs administrative tasks such as expense s, create job descriptions for newly created positions, etc.
• Maintains and updates information on sites including Glassdoor, company website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Manages special projects geared towards helping to elevate the recruitment process and building brand recognition
• Analyzes our current process and helps streamline efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Team-based project experience
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to provide excpetional customer service
• Must possess strong analytical skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
