Job Summary

New Style Brander is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Accurately enter customer information and update records as necessary
• Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and returns
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions with customers
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns

Qualifications
