We offer a competitive salary for this position, with an expected pay range of $50,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience. WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A HEALTHCARE DATA ANALYST?
As a Healthcare Data Analyst with our law firm, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of patient data within electronic health record systems. Compliance with healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA, is a key focus, and you consistently stay updated with any changes that may affect electronic health records. Troubleshooting issues related to EHR systems are a part of your daily tasks, where collaboration with IT teams to implement effective solutions promptly is essential. Your expertise in data analysis comes into play as you analyze EHR data to identify trends, generate s, and provide insights to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role, as you work closely with administrators, referrals, and IT personnel to understand their needs and optimize EHR systems accordingly. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive documentation of EHR processes, configurations, and issue resolutions are crucial to ensure efficient operations. You also conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
