Job Description:

Delphi-US is a full-service technical recruitment firm headquartered in Rhode Island and serving clients throughout the United States. We are looking to add an Executive Account Manager to our contingent labor division.

At this time we are interested in meeting only with candidates that have prior staffing agency experience.

As a sales professional at Delphi, you will:

• Secure new client agreements and job orders
• Build close partnerships with new and existing clients through consultative and responsive support
• Create compelling candidate documents to aid in client decision-making
• Communicate with the delivery team to prioritize orders and share client-specific requirements

Required:

• Excellent business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Highly motivated by money
• Negotiate contracts, rates, fees, and solutions with your clients
• A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
