THE ROLE
You own creative for a portfolio of DTC subscription brands scaling toward 9 figures. You find the angles, build the testing systems, and produce winning ads at volume.
This is a senior role. We need someone who has personally been responsible for creative that sustained $30K+/day on Meta profitably. If that isn’t you yet, this role won’t be the right fit.
WHAT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE — Served as creative strategist (or creative director) behind at least one DTC subscription brand that scaled past 8 figures in annual revenue — Built ad creatives that sustained $30K+/day in Meta spend profitably — your creatives, your angles, your strategy, not managed by someone else — Direct experience in DTC subscription specifically — not dropship, not one-time-purchase, not an agency seat that touched a sub brand once. You understand churn, LTV, renewal psychology, and how that changes the way you build creative — Found winning angles from scratch — taken a cold audience, tested dozens of hooks, identified the psychology that converts, and built a repeatable system to keep finding new ones — Operated a high-volume creative testing machine — 50+ new creatives per week minimum. You’ve briefed UGC creators, directed video editors, produced static variations at pace, and maintained creative velocity without sacrificing quality — Built or managed a creative team — video editors, static designers, UGC talent. You hired them, trained them, held them accountable, and scaled output through them
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE — Own all creative strategy across two DTC subscription brands in beauty/skincare and health supplements — Build and lead your own creative team from the ground up — editors, designers, UGC creators — Develop and run the entire creative testing framework — angle identification, hook testing, body variations, format testing, iteration cycles — Produce 50–100+ new ad creatives per week across formats (UGC, static, VSL, mashup, talking head, lifestyle) — Analyze performance data daily — hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS — and use it to decide what to make next — Cut underperformers fast, scale winners hard, and always have the next batch ready before the current winners fatigue — Collaborate directly with the media buyer on spend allocation, audience feedback loops, and scaling decisions
VERTICALS
DTC subscription skincare and supplements. Backgrounds purely in fashion, SaaS, B2B, or general e-commerce without a subscription component are unlikely to be a fit.
COMPENSATION — Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience — % of total ad spend under your management, uncapped — as spend scales, your comp scales with it — Full budget to hire and build out your creative department — Remote — work from anywhere

Our founding team has built and scaled multiple e-commerce brands past 8 figures — eight-figure annual ad spends, subscription engines with best-in-class retention, operated at the highest level of DTC. Our newest brand hit $800K+ MRR within 60 days of launch. We’re nowhere near the ceiling.
