An engineering company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Platform Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities :
Define the roadmap and vision for the team in collaboration with technical leads
Build robust and scalable traffic management solutions
Take an active role in the technical direction of the services
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of experience as a Software / Site Reliability Engineer
3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Experience leading projects requiring coordination across many teams
Experience building high-performing teams
Interest in cloud infrastructure and staying up-to-date with industry trends
