Opportunity

The Education Provost is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and business educational programs and initiatives within an organization and driving student results and outcomes.

This position will be filled by someone with a strong background in non-accredited, “results based” financial and business online and in-person education.

What we are not looking for, is someone with a highly extensive background in the higher education industry.

This position requires strong leadership, educational expertise, and administrative skills.

Essential Duties

• “Do whatever it takes” mentality to help students achieve success in their fields and areas of study.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of financial and business educational programs, labs, online education, memberships, community groups, academic courses and impact classes.
• Responsible for training and supervising, instructors, and the curriculum development team.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of educational programs and ensure continuous improvement. Analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure delivery of product and educational expectations.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure that educational programs and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of long-term educational strategies and goals for the organization.
• Prepare regular s and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to communicate the progress and outcomes of educational programs.
• Stay updated on educational trends and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of education.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred

• Knowledge and experience in the financial or business education space, such as real estate, investing options, trading, entrepreneurship, etc.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, including the ability to motivate and lead a team of educators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with leadership, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and assessment to make informed decisions about educational programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges within the educational environment.
• A complete knowledge of Microsoft Products as used in overall management in an educational environment is required
• The ability to exercise the judgment, decisiveness and creativity required in situations involving the direction, control and planning of adult instructional programs
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to apply facts and principles for developing approaches and techniques to problem resolution

Qualifications And Experience Preferred

• A bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• 7-10 years’ experience in education or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
