As a Client Advocate, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their jewelry needs, providing superior customer service, and driving sales. You will be responsible for showcasing our extensive collection of exquisite jewelry pieces and building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise and knowledge of jewelry and diamonds will be essential in guiding clients through their purchase decisions and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces.
• Sales Enthusiasm: Actively engage clients, demonstrate product knowledge, and utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and meet individual and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our extensive collection, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and design trends. Stay updated on the new product launches and promotions.
• Personalized Consultation: Foster strong and enduring relationships with clients through ongoing assistance, follow-up communication, and personalized service. Offer guidance on jewelry care and maintenance.
• Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing assistance, follow-up communication, and personalized service. Keep client records up to date.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and properly showcased to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Store Operations Support: Contribute to store operations by participating in opening and closing duties, cash handling, repairs, clean and checks, gold buy back, and POS system operation. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide relevant insights to clients and contribute to the store’s success.
• Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service abilities.

Qualifications:

• Passion for assisting and educating clients as they celebrate life’s most incredible moments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive shopping experience. Active listening skills to understand client needs and preferences.
• Professional image and demeanor at all times. Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail-related applications.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail sales preferred, but not required.
